What is included in the price?

Services and Facilities generally include:

Complimentary Wireless Internet connection as standard

Weekly housekeeping (including change of linen and towels and full clean)

Fully equipped modern kitchens

Television with local and international channel and DVD players

Complimentary welcome bathroom toiletries

How often are the apartments serviced?

A weekly maid and fresh linen/towel service is included in the price. However additional maidservices can be booked through reception (charges apply).

How do I get access to my apartment, and will I be met on arrival?

Access differs between locations, but details please refer to our transportation page or contact our reception staff for more information.

How and when do I pay for my room rental?

All payments are required prior to commencing your stay. Further details on payments can be found in our terms and conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

No cancellation is allowed once agreement is signed or payment is settled.

Is there any Wi-fi internet access?

We provide complimentary Wi-fi in all our apartments.

How many people can stay in one of your apartments?

Our Studio and One Bedroom apartments cater for up to 2 guests.  Our Two-Bedroom Duplex can caters up to 4 guests.

Can you provide baby cots?

No, baby cot is not available.

Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?

The Apartments specifically caters for longer term corporate stays, with our pricing reflecting the duration of the stay. Our range of solutions for long-term corporate clients ensures a home away from home experience that is not possible in a hotel environment. Please contact our leasing team to discuss your personal requirements.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our standard check-in time is 2.00pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day, check-out time is 12.00 noon. Early check-in and late check out are sometimes possible, and charges may apply and subject to availability.

Is there any parking available?

No, we do not have our own parking. However, there is pay & display parking available on the adjoining streets, as well in nearby private car parks (charges apply).

Can I bring my pet?

As a general rule, we do not allow pets.

Do you allow smoking on property /in the rooms?

No, Apartment is a smoke-free property.

Do you provide business center service?

Yes; front desk provides photo copy & printing services with reasonable charges.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Our apartments are restricted to a 28 days minimum stay. Please contact our leasing team for enquiries.

How do I make a reservation?
